Company's Chairman, transferred 719,583 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the
Company into his spouse's name, Gail Coombe, at nil cost.
Notification of this transaction was received by the Company on 27 May 2010 and
is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
